Beautiful beaches along the entire length of the Vistula Spit are separated from the mainland or the Vistula Lagoon by dunes. In most places, bicycle access is impossible, and in others, it's very difficult. In Jantar and Stegna, the beach can be reached by asphalt road, which is impossible in Mikoszewo. In my opinion, the best access road in Mikoszewo is the road to entrance number 90, the last one before the mouth of the Vistula River (numbering increases from east to west). The road is initially very wide, with a rocky and gravel surface. You pass a parking lot for cars, and the further, narrower section of the forest path is inaccessible. It's best to leave bikes at the free bicycle parking lot at exit number 90 to avoid the risk of sandy chains and derailleurs. WW

If the breakwater protecting the mouth of the Vistula River is wet, for example after rain, you should exercise extreme caution. Walking barefoot, I've personally experienced how easy it is to slip on the concrete floor, and if you're walking close to the Vistula Riverbed, you can slide down the slope into deep water. In such cases, the help of others is invaluable.

Access is via a wide gravel road that intersects the R10 and R13 cycle routes on the outskirts of Mikoszewo. There's no need to negotiate a high dune, as in Jantar, for example. The site is safe and very close to the beach. There's plenty of room to lean your bikes against and secure them with a bike lock. Four restrooms are located nearby.

The Świbno ferry is the largest cable ferry on the Vistula, operating between Świbno and Mikoszewo. It is powered by a tugboat and can carry up to 60 tons of cargo or 200 people. The tradition of crossing here dates back to 1895, after a new mouth of the Vistula was dug. The current ferry has been operating since 1945 and is a popular shortcut on bicycle routes connecting Żuławy with the Vistula Spit. The ferry operates seasonally.
