At the end of the trail that bears the same name, Round Pond is a beautiful lake with Mount Mack and Mount Klem as a backdrop. The lake is only accessible by the trail, so it is normally a quiet and peaceful setting, so it is a great place for a break during a run.

Overlook Trail is a path that connects Belknap Mountain and Gunstock Mountain. It is the most straight forward trail to get to either peak as it has the easiest grade and does not cross any downhill skiing trails. There are some view points on the path and great views once you reach one of the peaks.
