In autumn you need to watch out not only for protruding roots but also for treacherous leaves lying everywhere.

Today I drove past the Chełm Śląski Volunteer Fire Department, and I don't think that historic fire truck is there anymore. Maybe it's undergoing some renovation, because that would be a shame.

Shade is the main advantage of this road on hot days, there is a reservoir on the right and you drive in the shade but you have to watch out for protruding roots

The current church is the fourth structure built on this site. In 1770, the tower of the wooden temple was demolished and a new one was built in its place. In 1776, the body of the previous building was demolished and a new, brick one was built. On October 20 of the same year, the church was consecrated by Father Tomasz Trzebień, Dean of Pszczyna. In 1833, the sacristy and chapel of St. Barbara were built. In 1845, the temple burned down in a fire along with the city. After collecting funds for reconstruction, the ashes were demolished and construction work began on June 14, 1851. The architect was the royal building inspector Józef Linke from Racibórz, and Augustyn Kern from Gliwice was appointed construction manager. On May 29, 1859, Wrocław's auxiliary bishop Bernard Bogedain consecrated the new church. During World War II, a shell partially damaged the church. https://pl.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ko%C5%9Bci%C3%B3%C5%82_%C5%9Bw._Bart%C5%82omieja_
