A very interesting castle ruin. It is very much worth a visit. :) If you want to know more about the castle, feel free to watch our documentary. https://youtu.be/KuT3UMiuR5Y

Everyone has different tastes. The cake is delicious and the view is great. I live in Kempten and have crossed the cafe off my list because it is very crowded. If necessary, only during the week and outside of holiday season. The many flies from the cowshed are also annoying when you can sit outside. You can eat delicious food in peace and quiet at the Krone in Stein and in the Sonne in Niedersonthofen.

From May onwards, the ruins can also be visited inside, but there are still beautiful views of the very well-maintained ruins

The Burg-Cafe is highly recommended...the Kaiserschmarrn was top notch! We were lucky and got a place even without a reservation.
