The manor house belongs to an individual who unfortunately has not been able to take care of its maintenance for years. The Geo- and Culture Association Steinreich e.V. has renovated the chapel on a voluntary basis and regularly organizes small events, such as a wine tasting at dusk on September 21, 2024 or exhibitions. In addition, the manor house was not the youth work camp but the old school further down in the village. The manor house was used as a home for several families in the GDR. There was also a hairdresser and a kindergarten there. Despite its poor condition, it is very impressive and worth seeing.

On the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path east of Lake Krakow near the small town of Neu Dobbin, the observation tower at the former milking parlor invites you to linger. The observation tower "Paradiesgartenblick am alten Melkstand" offers fascinating views of the Krakow lake landscape and is located between the towns of Neu Zietlitz and Neu Dobbin. In 2010, Wilfried Baldermann, mayor of Dobbin-Linstow, inaugurated the observation tower with its wonderful view of Lake Krakow and the landscape. The observation platform owes its nickname "Am alten Melkstand" to the fact that cows were still milked here until 1969.
