The Little Hole National Scenic Trail runs parallel to the Green River. This section of the Green River is very popular with rafting and fishing. PLEASE NOTE: LITTLE HOLE NST IS CLOSED TO BIKES APRIL 14 THRU LABOR DAY.

The Flaming Gorge Dam is just Northwest from the parking lot. The dam is a concrete arch of over 500 feet and located on the Green River. Flaming Gorge Dam is one of the four units of the Colorado River Storage Project, which provides water storage, hydropower, as well as recreation opportunities.
