It'a not actually an abandoned quarry. It's an abandoned iron mine.

The paths were very muddy after the rain and in some places we were knee-deep in water. Still, it's a nice round

There is a shelter with a nice view of the lake here and it offers a good spot for a swim.

The hiking trail passes by a small lake here. It gets deep really quickly and it is easy to go for a swim. Right next to the lake, where the trail passes by, there is an improvised fireplace and bench. The ground is not flat but is sloping down towards the water.

Factory where from the 16th to the 19th century canon were being made for Sweden. Factory is still in use today for other products and includes a museum as well. Lots of old factory buildings still preserved.
