A nice and undemanding walk without going too far, beautiful views... it's a shame that the old military building and the cannons, machine gun nests, underground galleries that connected everything are not better preserved... but it's worth going!!! From the La Cuesta neighborhood, just before reaching La Arena beach, we parked in a parking lot indicated by signs when entering the neighborhood. We went up a path that we didn't know that goes up the mountain through the mountains (improvisation) and down a paved path that we already knew with views of the Santurtzi Superport.

Surfer style, wood, nature… Unbeatable views of the beach. Pintxos, terrace with sun, music and a good atmosphere, especially at sunset. Let the golden hour cover you from the glass window of its dining room while you enjoy a milkshake, a soft drink, a beer…

The Sardinera Park is located in Santurtzi, in the Kai-Alde. You can reach it by going up Capital Mendizabal street. This park, recently renovated, is known for housing the Monument to the Sardinera, erected in 1964 in honor of the sardine farmers, who made this municipality famous with their work. The park has gardens, benches and a small closed playground for the little ones. From it you have magnificent views of the Port of Bilbao.
