The well-preserved manor house was built in 1802/03. Interesting detail: There were originally two coats of arms at the courtyard entrance, left and right. After an inheritance dispute, the Schulenburg coat of arms on the left was removed and only the coat of arms of Helene von Arnstedt, the third wife of the builder of the castle, remained on the right. Very nice restaurant at the Tipidorf Bertingen campsite. All dishes are very tasty and prices are reasonable for the quality. You should reserve a table!

The estate is run by an association in a very warm and loving way. In this place, cyclists can get accommodation for just one day, either with breakfast in the manor house, or you can eat in the existing kitchen. There are also holiday apartments and since the manor house is an outpost of the registry office, you can also get married and celebrate there. There is a petting zoo and also a courtyard and fruit garden. All in all, very lovingly furnished and also in such a way that you can relax, regardless of whether you are staying for a short or long time.
