Von Edam geht es am Ijselmeer über Volemdam, Monnickendam und Muilden nach Naarden. Auf dem Weg gleich hinter Volemdam liegt die Käsefarm Alida Hoeve und etwas weiter die Käserei Simonehoeve. Hier gibt es viel Käse in allen Sorten, Holzschuhe, Dips und sonstigen Schnickschnack. Und noch eine Käsefarm liegt auf dem Weg - Jacobs Hoeve. Mein Tipp: Der geräucherte Käse - mal ein ganz anderes Geschmack.
