Highlight • Natural Monument

Here we find the source that gives its name to the hiking trail on which it is located: The Schützenbründl. Water bottles can be filled up here and the cold water offers a welcome refreshment on hot summer days.

Highlight • Restaurant

The Eggerhof is a good starting point (hiking car park available for a small fee) for a direct hike to the Knottnkino or as a circular hike (Eggerhof-Vöran-Beimstein-Schützenbrünnlweg-Knottnkino-Eggerhof) ending in the Eggerhof tavern (good snacks and cakes).
