Side Pike

It says this is an easy walk in komoot. This is totally wrong. You need mountain experience and equipment. Nothing for a family afternoon walk.

The climb is very steep and the grass/ferns are sometimes very slippery with morning dew or after rain. You have to climb a bit at times, so it's definitely not "easy" as the description says, but it's worth it. The view of Blea Tarn and Langdale is great.
