Today we took a fantastic walk around the Grouin oyster park. The sea was always in view, and the climate was mild, with a mix of sunshine and a few clouds. There were few tourists, so we practically had the trail to ourselves. Two-thirds of the way through, we discovered the "Cabane du Grouin," perfectly situated for a culinary break among the oyster ponds. Wonderful peace and quiet, sunshine on our faces, and fresh oysters 🦪 and shrimp 🦐 with aioli and baguette 😋. What a chilled-out island and a wonderfully relaxing day.
