Being on the wrong track has something good for once on this short tour: 21 varied stations on the topic of wood and forest await you and your children. On the way you will receive information, explore a bark house and can play music on a huge wooden chime. From the starting point at the Holzweg car park west of Baiersbronn, follow the path to the forest hut. Continue to the forest adventure meadow, where you will find play equipment, benches and a fountain.
You can test your senses on the nearby barefoot path. The circular tour then leads you slightly uphill to a narrow plank path on which you can slalom through the many trees. At the purgatory hut you can enjoy a beautiful view a little later, before you turn sharply and hike on to the forest adventure playground. The starting point of the circular hike is just a stone's throw away.
