Great bike shop and cafe. Super yummy food and good coffee. What more could you want? There is an outside cafe that serves pizza and coffee to go in the summer which is pretty awesome. In the winter there is a lovely fire inside the cafe to keep you warm.

The Forest of Dean is known for being particularly rooty, and this red route is perhaps the best bit for it! Or worst, depending on your perspective...

Pick your line carefully going through here, although you might not get much time to, as it's pretty fast too!

1.33 km

It's labelled as a rock garden, but I'd say this is more of a skinny; a narrow line of slabs that'll take your balance to stay on! Thankfully the consequences are low if you don't make it, as the drop to the earth is very shallow.

A series of moderately sized table tops (five I think) with decent gaps in between, these are either rollable or can make for some fun air time along the red route at the Forest of Dean trail centre.

Freeminers Trail

Highlight (Segment) • MTB Park

Big berms into rooty downhill sections, rollers and more corners; this fast section of the red trail (Freeminers) is a real corker! Just watch out for those roots in the wet.
