Cloudy day, I set off for the loop route that I had set for myself but as soon as I reached the top of Monte Vermicano a very strong wind rises and rain threatens, disheartened I surrender to go back to the car but then I decide to do the ring in reverse, starting from the woods prr then go up again on minte heartbreak. The choice is spot on, the path in the woods protects me from rain and wind. I also meet some fawns and head to the top. Beautiful but challenging climb. At the top the strong wind returns but the day has opened. I enjoy the splendid view and go back to the start!
