After the last two windy rides, pure enjoyment. There was hardly any spring on the ascent in the Kandertal, but everything was blooming in the southern foothills of the Blaue. It was worth the bumpy descent.
Today is the second "1,000" tour this year, over 1,000 meters in altitude. Why am I saying that? Because my untrained jelly legs are pushing me to do so and think it's worth mentioning. Much more important: It was a sublime feeling to have cycled to a summit and to be rewarded with a great view. Sun here and there, sometimes a little veiled, sometimes "real", wind today also from behind (!!!), sometimes great views towards high fog land... This tour is more recommended the other way round, as this route down to Badenweiler is even worse than the one from Haldenhof down to Münstertal (partially renovated, at least). But today I just followed my nose, it just happened that way. 👍👍
