Road cycling

For the Stoneman Tour you need calves, hard as stone. On the 190 kilometers around the Drei Zinnen Nature Park you conquer an unbelievable seven Dolomite passes. Countless curves and hairpin bends, valley and summit views as well as climbs and descents await you. A great memory is the Stoneman trophy, which you get after passing five checkpoints. You can find more information about this at stoneman.it. You start in Sexten and reach the SS 51 via San Candido and Toblach, which takes you up to the first pass, the Passo Chimabanche.

You will then reach the well-known Cortina d'Ampezzo, where you can recharge your batteries to climb the meters to Passo Falzarego. It continues up and down to the 2,236 meter high Passo di Giau before coming back to Cortina. You reach the highest point of the tour at the Rifugio Auronzo - at 2,326 meters you stand in front of the mighty stone towers of the Three Peaks. Then you jet down to Auronzo di Cadone and then return to the starting point via the Passo di San Antonio and the Kreuzbergpass.

Road to Rifugio Auronzo

Highlight • Trail

The road that leads to the Auronzo Refuge is very panoramic, but at the same time very hard, with its slopes well above 10%. The Auronzo Refuge enjoys an excellent panoramic point, right at the base of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
