Varied, winding and long: The Herrnsteig Trail is a real treat for all freeride fans. From Reischach, you can take the cable car to the top of Kronplatz. There are not only a few places to stop for refreshments, but also the starting point of the almost eight-kilometer-long Herrnsteig.
In the upper part, you can enjoy fantastic views of Bruneck before diving into the forest. You race downhill, curve after curve: you overcome over 1,200 meters in altitude on your descent back to the valley. There are always varied variants branching off to the left and right of the original trail, so you can design each descent differently. The Herrnsteig is the perfect trail for experts and advanced riders.
