Today we went from Birkhof via the Klüttenweg to the Swister Türmchen to the Berggeistsee and back to Birkhof. Lots of forest paths, unfortunately also a short stretch along the motorway. Overall, though, it was a beautiful and varied hike.

Start and 🅿️: Schnacker Jagdweg hiking car park Flat, flat, flat. The first half of the route goes over wide "forest highways" (a bit monotonous 🥱). The second half is much more varied. The highlight was definitely the Berggeistweiher pond, even if there was no ghost 👻. More info 👇 https://www.naturpark-rheinland.de/kluettenweg
Thanks to @Dietmar from Bliesheim, the walkabout was quickly decided. Start almost at the Swifter Turm". It ran great, many. Dog children with their humans on the way. Some didn't fit, my sciatica can sing a song about it. All the best to you all in this New Year.🫶🙋♀️
We started at Trippelsdorf. From there we walked around the Berggeistweiher pond. Along the pilgrimage route through the beautiful town. The weather was fantastic. You walk a lot through the forest, which is very pleasant in the heat.
