Cycling
Gentle hills with beautiful views, romantic river landscapes, and rural idyll await you on this approximately 130-kilometer tour. You will be cycling on well-developed cycle paths, primarily river cycle paths and a railway cycle path.
It starts in Vilsbiburg. From here, you cycle on the Vilstalradweg to Aufhausen, where you switch to the Bockerlbahn-Radweg. In Landau an der Isar, you will encounter the next river cycle path, the Isarradweg. It mostly leads you directly along the water to Landshut. From the old Bavarian ducal town, you return to the starting point Vilsbiburg on the Isar-Vils-Radweg.
You can divide the tour into two stages, for example, with Landau being a great place for an overnight stay.
