This route was planned by komoot.
Perhaps a little less spectacular than the other momentary laps, we were alone almost the whole time (although it was a Sunday).

There are more beautiful tours. The route runs mainly on forest paths and roads, with only the ascents being a dirt track.
In between there was no GPS signal next to the path and in Zwerenberg I had to turn around because there was a pasture on the planned path.
From the hiking routes - nature park Black Forest Middle / North hiked the moment round at Altensteig. This time not as usual, in summer, but simply January, snow in a different light. A little shady in the valleys and wooded areas, but otherwise very sunny. Definitely worth it.
Before the birthday party at an old acquaintance's, a slightly modified Moment of View round was hung in front of it. A hike with sometimes quite long stretches of forest, where Berneck in particular stands out as a highlight.
...with a few minor adjustments 😉 The actual tour begins in the Altensteig district of Berneck and immediately climbs steeply up a cobbled road to the Upper Castle with its mighty, significant shield wall. Passing the small hamlet of Bruderhaus, we reach the small Black Forest village of Zwerenberg through a diverse landscape. The former, beautifully preserved fire station and the small milk house are reminiscent of times long past, and the information boards provide a few interesting and humorous facts. For a few hundred meters, the hiking trail leads along a busy country road until we reach our planned rest stop. After a hearty meal, we continue on a narrow path through a pine forest covered in thick moss💚 and reach the small road to Hornberg, the highest point of the tour. From the Hornberger Höhe, the namesake of the tour, there are magnificent views over the Northern Black Forest, and in the distance, the striking silhouette of the Swabian Alb greets you. 😍 Here we leave the AugenBlickRunde to pay a quick visit to Hornberg Castle. The old walls are used as a forest school, but unfortunately, a tour is not possible. A gentle path leads down into the Köllbach Valley, and we cross the small, crystal-clear stream near the Baiermühle. Since we had chosen Altensteig as our destination, we climbed steeply again on the Ostweg. The reward is the perfect views across the valley to Berneck. 🤩 The Old Castle in Altensteig is soon reached. Countless steps lead between the picturesque, old half-timbered houses down to the market square, where the bus is almost ready for the journey home. 😆
