Beautiful landscapes, well marked circular route
Tour No. 5 of the Allgäu Nature Treasures is a very beautiful and hilly bike ride past several lakes and ponds through Wolfegg, Vogt, and Karsee. We made a detour here to visit the Sculpture Trail. Since it's only accessible on foot, we only saw a small part of it – interesting art objects of various kinds. In Kißlegg, we enjoyed good coffee and raspberry cake with very friendly service at our favorite café (located in the new retirement home). Highly recommended 👍. It was lovely 🚴 🚴♀️ ⛰️🏞️
A wonderful lap despite the heat. The landscape is grandiose with many forest lakes. Have seen beautiful farmsteads and the scent of freshly mown meadows and Öhmd accompanied us. Mostly paved bike paths, only a few gravel paths. Despite the vacation time, we were often alone on the route.
A stop at the Gasthaus Paradies in Vogt is highly recommended
Today we did an extended trekking bike tour / easy MTB tour from Vogt over the Süh, Wolfegg, Loretto Chapel, Eintürnenberg (past), Immenried, Kisslegg. On the way there are many lakes, ponds, wetlands. Sometimes we drove along meadow paths and gravel paths, from Wassers up to Wolfegg it was borderline steep. Today was very nice weather on the back side, nice for the pictures. The area is quite hilly (beginning of Allgäu) After Immenried, a powered plane had landed in a meadow on a hill. He flew low over our heads, causing one cyclist in the group to fall. The pilot is not responsible for the fall, whether such risky outlandings (assuming it would otherwise be a strange approved landing site) have to be?
