Mountain biking

Terry's Belly is the only continuous blue-rated trail that takes you from the mountain summit all the way back down the hillside, making it the longest continuous blue descent in the UK!

Whether you're a relative beginner on a mountain bike or seasoned pro, this trail is a real crowd pleaser! Expect endless berms, both through the open to start with and into the woods, as well as some huge tabletops which are totally rollable, and then even more berms as you near the end of the trail.

With jelly-like legs at the bottom, pedal up the fire road on the left to get back to the uplift. If you want to level up here and add in a bit more tech, try blending parts of Terry's Belly with the red-rated Hot Stepper trail, which features more rocky drops.

Terry's Belly is the only blue trail at Bike Park Wales that you can ride from the trailhead all the way down the hillside: the longest trail on offer here, and the longest blue trail in the UK! Enjoy all 4.6 kilometres (2.9 miles) of flow that's brilliant fun for beginners and experienced riders alike.

The first part of Terry's Belly is out in the open, before this second half ducks into the Scots Pine and then oak forest. There's some huge rollers and brilliant berms to enjoy in here, as well as some rock slabs, before it opens back up again towards the end of the trail.

Bike Park Wales Uplift Shuttle

Highlight • Rest Area

This is where you'll find the uplift buses for Bike Park Wales. You'll need to book to use these with a day pass, but it's so worth it as you'll be able to get so many more runs in and save your legs for the descents!

To get here from the trail centre and café, take the trail named Kermit to the left of the building, or alternatively you can pedal up the fire road.
