It starts right at Bremen Central Station. From here you cycle along the city moat to the Weser. Always on the bank you roll up the Weser promenade to the Weser Stadium, which you can see from afar. Beautiful meadows spread out around the stadium, where you can take a leisurely break and look out over the water.

After you have bypassed the Weser Stadium, you cycle a little further up the river to the Weser weir. Here you cross the river and draw a loop through the idyllic nature reserve Neue Weser. Then it goes on along the shore through Stadtwerder. Here you are surrounded by relaxing greenery, idyllic allotment gardens and cozy refreshment stops.

At the western tip you leave the island and cycle a short distance through the old new town. Over the Stephanienbrücke you get to the harbor basin, where you drive over the promenade to the mouse tower. Then it goes back to the Weser. Here on the Schlachte embankment you will find great cafés, bars and restaurants to end the tour before you drive back to the main train station.
