The Kitzlochklamm is about 1500 meters long and is protected as a natural monument. The Rauriser Ache first flows through the narrowest point of the gorge at the actual Kitzloch, then the gorge widens and after another narrow point the valley opens in the direction of Taxenbach and flows into the Salzach. In the gorge there is also an old ore mine along the path, an abandoned hermitage and a stalactite cave, which is not accessible. A secure, easy climb leads through the gorge, which can be climbed in the summer months for a fee. Helmets are compulsory in the gorge and are available at the entrance. https://www.taxenbach.at/de/sommer/kitzlochklamm/
