This route was planned by komoot.
Baden-Württemberg is a developing country. At least when it comes to its gastronomic offerings, especially beer gardens. This tour was missing from my list of Tübingen cycling tours: the Vespertour (Vesper Tour). It's also labeled that way on the komoot maps. The start and finish points make it clear who sponsored the whole thing, so whatever. Where can you get a snack on this tour? Clearly at the start and finish points, then nothing for a long time, finally reaching Rottenburg with a wide range of options. If you can't stand it that long, you should bring something and have a snack at one of the many, some of them very nice, rest areas. This tour combines three very beautiful small river valleys: Seltenbach, Starzel, and Katzenbach. Yes, a section of the Neckar is also included. All three valleys are secluded, car-free paths, always along the river, with almost no incline and very easy to cycle. I like this combination. You can have lunch and snacks at the start and finish points. Both are only possible if you allow yourself about four hours for the 44km route; the opening hours don't allow for anything else. This tour is part of my collection: https://www.komoot.com/de-de/collection/933766/-tuebinger-fahrradtouren
A very varied tour with idyllic river valleys and beautiful views of the Swabian Alb. Recommended for hot summer days, as many sections lead through shady forests.
