The Poniente Axis connects the foothills of Montserrat with the Llobregat delta and the Mediterranean. The Route is a constant up and down through the Serralada Prelitoral, visiting landscapes of great natural value in a densely industrialized corridor. In fact, the route takes you through old quarries and other vestiges of its industrial past.

On the other hand, the route passes through towns that preserve a heritage forged over centuries of history and economic activity. Collbató, Esparreguera, and Viladecans are worth a stop to enjoy their monuments and gastronomy.

If you enjoy off-road riding, you will love the route. The trails connecting the populated areas are full of flow and offer magnificent views of the Llobregat basin. To finish, enjoy a swim at Viladecans beach.
