Simply wonderful to shuffle through the freshly fallen, autumnal beech leaves.
Hello Hello, Today Nicole and I went on a nice hike around, on and up the Sternberg near Gomadingen. It is the “Hochgehsprudelt” round of the HochGEHBerge. The path leads beautifully over the juniper heaths on the Sternberg, through forests, fields and meadows - partly on very beautiful paths - up to the Sternberg. Although not such a large and demanding tour with few highlights - but still varied and beautiful. We definitely enjoyed the tour 😉😀👍.
One of four fundraising hikes was started today💶💰. However, we already started on the hike 🅿 Sternberg. About 300 m further in the forest there is another and larger hike 🅿. The circular tour followed the signs “Hochstrudelt”. This is impeccably laid out👍. After about 800 m we went over the juniper heath with a wonderful view over the Alb📷. When we had passed the juniper heath, the path followed in a southeasterly direction through the forest. The steepest climb on this round took place one kilometer further🥵😊. The highlight was the Sternberg tower. From here today you had a fantastic view in all directions🤩📷. A few meters from the tower is the “Sternberg” hiking home. Here we took our EKS. This was simply delicious and you could still spend time outdoors. After we had strengthened ourselves, we descended in a northerly direction right behind the hiking home. In wet weather, this section is easier to walk in the opposite direction (slippery). This was then followed by the Brünnele, a viewpoint where you have to climb a little bit of a rock 🧗♂️. Above Gomadingen and Offenhausen we returned to the starting point. A very varied round. Thanks again to @🦣 𝕸𝖆𝖒𝖒𝖚𝖙 𝕱𝖗𝖆𝖓𝖐 🏒🥅👨🏼🚒🚒 for the tip about the fundraising hike👍👏.
Go up - look down. And just bubbling with impressions like the legendary Brünnele. Beautiful tour through heathland and forest. Wonderfully lonely and quiet area.
Nice hike through juniper heather - Hennen- and Lerchental up to the Sternbergturm 👍
Today I had to take my motorcycle to the MOT. After the successful inspection, I headed to the Alb - to Gomadingen. The "Hochgehsprudelt" (High-Getting Sprouting) tour Anyone who has experienced this scenic premium hiking trail with good visibility will be filled with memories when they later tell their friends about it. The famous Brünnele (Brünnele), from which water still bubbles quite atypically at almost the highest point in the Gomadingen district (the name of the "Hochgehsprudelt" (High-Getting Sprouting)), compensates and rewards every hiker for the slight effort of the climb. Breathtaking views, pristine juniper heaths, and a panoramic view from the 32-meter-high Sternberg Tower on one of the highest peaks in the central Swabian Alb. A path from the collection of the Hochgehberge in the Swabian Alb https://hochgehberge.de/touren/ Very varied - long stretches through the juniper heath - the almost extinct woodlark 🐦 has its breeding ground here. Lots of forest passages through mixed forest🌿🌳🌲🌱, on partly narrow paths. There were decent elevation gains for free 😉 The name of the tour comes from the Brünnele, from which drinking water bubbles... er, drips😍 There is a small point deduction for a path being closed due to logging work. So we had to go back a bit and take the asphalt road.
This time we are doing the popular Premiumweg to the Sternbergturm against the signposted direction. So we have the most beautiful piece about the juniper heath at the end. The perfect choice, because that's how we meet a funny flock of sheep that are just moving to their new pasture. 100% Swabian Alb await you on this tour! Incidentally, for the very first time we were at the vantage point at Brünnele - it's really worth it!
