Big Day. Beautiful scenery all the way through. Might be my favourite stage thus far.
Today, the heat, Crostatina's enemy No. 1, arrived and made the stage challenging, especially given its length. Our plan was to leave much earlier to take advantage of the cool morning, but due to organizational issues with the hostel, we weren't able to.

From San Gimignano to Abbadia a Isola.
The ups and downs are deadly but absolutely beautiful.
At the crossroads, when choosing the route, I decided on Colle Val d'Elsa which is always enchanting. And, after all, a greeting to the Tower of Agilulf with the Cambio was a must (Tertullians correct me)


Abbadia a Isola needs no introduction.
