On the beautiful route, you can also enjoy the exquisite products of the local winegrowers and distilleries. On the way, you will experience the area where the Enz flows into the Neckar, above which the former castle complex towers with a view of Besigheim and Walheim. This is what it must have looked like here in the Middle Ages. Simply spectacular!
The tour takes you along the vineyards on well-kept forest paths through the region and offers you not only scenic beauty but also culinary highlights in the local wine taverns in Erligheim and Löchgau. A very nice hike with great views every now and then. The sculptures in Löchgau are also really fun! And there are creative places to sit along the Baumbach valley.

Today I took advantage of the weather again and went for a little hike through the vineyards. Last big walk before the Hannover Mammoth March next week.
