This viewpoint is off a short spur trail and gives a view over Rade Saint-Barnabé, Îlet Canuel and Île Saint-Barnabé. This area is full of thick marshland before meeting the sea.

Sentiers du Littoral spans 5 kilometres along the marshy coastline of Nazareth. This flat, family-friendly dirt/gravel multi-use trail is rated an easy green for mountain bikers and can be travelled in either direction. The largest climb on the route ascends 20 meters. Some sections along the wettest marshland are wooden boardwalks with scenic views.

Rimouski River Breakwater

Highlight • Structure

Rimouski River Breakwater is a beautiful little concrete rectangular jetty built for relaxation. With a modern design, this jetty has large flat wooden sitting areas with backrests that can be used as reclining chairs. There are planter boxes in the concrete and a compass design embedded into the floor as decoration. It's the perfect place to read a book, take a seaside nap or just a load off of your feet.
