The Big Bang, this name sets the tone for a route that allows you to learn more about the LHC, the world's largest particle accelerator. Along the route, ten exhibition platforms have been installed above key points of the accelerator. Each corresponds to a theme and a stage that can be completed independently. This division makes the circuit accessible to everyone, even children who will enjoy the riddles and challenges offered along the way.

The circuit starts from the CERN Science Gateway, the visitor center of the European Organization for Nuclear Research in Meyrin, with part of the site located in the Ain region. Pleasant for families, it remains a true gravel experience. The most athletic will tackle the fifty kilometers of the route in one go, through superb natural landscapes marked by fields, woods, vineyards, rivers, and ponds. The platforms, in addition to providing scientific information, offer beautiful viewpoints. Not to mention the natural viewpoints that allow you to observe Mont Blanc in the distance.

The 10 stages: Acceleration, ALICE, ATLAS, CCC, CMS, Cryogenics, Environment, LHCb, Neutrinos, Precision. The signage is provided by white and green directional blades, bearing the name of the stage as well as the Big Bang Passport logo.
