The tour begins at the Postelwitz bus stop. We follow the footpath until we reach the bottom of the tooth in a few minutes. Here we climb the Obrigensteig via numerous stairs (yellow line). At the next fork at the national park information board, we continue straight ahead on the Schrammsteinweg (yellow

Trail Reviews

September 10, 2024, Gratwanderung auf den Schrammsteinen

A perfect tour for an afternoon. Not slippery despite the rain in the morning. The start and end are easily accessible by public transport.

Another one-way tour using public transport and the famous "Mobile Guest Card," which allows you to complete almost any tour. From Postelwitz, the route first takes you over the Obristensteig to the Schrammtor, then over the Wildschützensteig to the Schrammstein viewpoint. Since practically everyone spends an hour there after the climb, you're unlikely to be alone there 😉 Then—despite my fear of heights—with a heart rate of 168, I head up the ridge path, which takes a bit of overcoming in places, but is excellently secured. So keep your wits about you and hold on tight... Then it descends again through the Breite Kluft, a short way through the forest, and then over the Roßsteigel down into picturesque Schmilka on the German-Czech border, before returning to the starting point by bus 252. A really cool tour! 👍🤪🥾👌

Translated by Google

The tour is a highlight for me :-) You can easily reach the starting point by bus from the car park in Schmilka in just a few minutes. One section of this tour is only meant to be hiked in one direction, so I recommend hiking the route in just that direction. I can also recommend stopping off in Schmilka at the end.

From P at the Schrammsteinbaude through the Lattengrund to the Schrammsteintor. Schrammstein view via Wildschützenweg. Then ridge path Oberer Terrassenweg. Elbleitenweg. Schmilka. It got hot towards the end but we started at 8 a.m.... It was sooo quiet. Hardly saw anyone 😅😎🤣🌞

The new Komoot is just annoying. Very often it doesn't record in between 😒 does anyone have a tip?

Translated by Google

Very nice tour with exceptionally good weather 😉, lots of climbing and ladder passages! And only a little bit crowded 😅
