A nice short Spessart track that we walked with the kids. The wildlife park, the swing in the forest and the ice cream afterwards were our highlights.

Beautiful tour through the forest. Very pleasant in the warm weather. The route only goes a short distance along the road, 95% of the route is along soft, varied forest paths.
I can recommend this trail for the summer 🌞 It runs along beautiful forest paths, some with great views. The end goes through the wildlife park, which you can also hang on completely 🦌🐗🦉. Tour description: Above the town, hikers have great views of the Stolzenberg castle ruins, the Huttenschloss, the St. Laurentius church and far into the eastern Kinzig valley. The course of the path climbs up after the beautiful views at the Wendelinushütte and leads into the city forest, which is criss-crossed by narrow paths. Past the refuge on the Tannenkopf, it goes through ditches from primeval earth faults to the barefoot path on the forest adventure path in the wildlife park.
The second half of the hike leads along a narrow, romantic path through the forest to the animal enclosure.
Little round with my daughter today 😍. The Soden Forest is simply a dream at any time of the year 🥰. Afterwards we went to "Tee & Kaffee", delicious oat milk coffee in an exorbitantly beautiful ambience. Really great discovery!
