This route was planned by komoot.
Or Monte Limoncello - as I affectionately call the little brother of Monte Limone, which is actually also called Monte Legnone.

Monte Legnoncino is a "small" peak in the neighborhood of Monte Legnone. But with a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. While on the other side a road leads high up, you can walk a beautiful path on the other side that always offers views of the Como. My secret highlight in the shadow of the panoramic summit. Unfortunately, there was a section of the path that was impassable due to the lack of a path (see caption, report to komoot was made). We turned around and took a detour. This took unnecessary effort. A pity! Otherwise a recommended round.
Today's tour took us from the Rifugio Roccoli Lorla hut, which is closed and for sale, to the 1,714 m high Monte Legnoncino. The first 2.3 km were mostly on an asphalt road that led past the village of Monte Lavadee to a forest car park near the Roccoli Lorla hut. From there, we climbed relatively moderately on a "forest path" up to the summit ⛰️. The view up there is truly impressive. You can see almost the entire Lake Como. Below the San Sfirio chapel, we took a short break and were quickly examined more closely by the goats chilling there 🐐🐐🐐 to see if we had something tasty for them 😅. We found that quite amusing and enjoyed the brief touch of cloth and fur 🤪. We descended via a mountain path back to Roccoli Lorla, where we treated ourselves to 2 ☕☕☕☕ each in the hut. From there we went back to Roccoli Lorla with a slight gradient on forest roads and paths. All in all a great tour 🥾🚶🏼♀️🚶.
