This hike was born from an idea by Loretta. Her brainstorm suggested that today we'd have a four-hour window before the storm. I'd been to Medelet, but coming up from Pezzoro, not from Val Palot. So why not!! Have a good hike!! 💚🌲🌳💚 You'll see in the photos dozens of logs piled up in some areas along the road. The cause of this devastation appears to be a beetle, the famous endemic bark beetle that inhabits European forests. 💚🌲🌳💚
