A "minor" peak located almost on the vertical of the Taburri Refuge. Here the beech trees are shaken by the wind so much that they seem to be walking.

August 23, 2023, Monte Libro Aperto

📍 Departure from Rifugio Taburri. 🥾 From Taburri we follow the signs towards Libro Aperto and after a few minutes of quiet walking in the woods, we begin the climb of Mount Seruca. In fact, on the left we find the signs for our destination and we begin to climb. After a few kilometers we leave the woods and the most open stretch of walking begins. We continue towards Pizzo dei Sassi Bianchi and then slowly reach the peaks of Libro Aperto. There is a point equipped with a chain. We then continue a little further on the ridge and then descend until we return to Taburri.

Coming down from Monte Rotondo, following the track, there is a short exposed stretch equipped with a chain. Nothing particularly difficult for those who don't suffer from vertigo. If necessary, you can use the path that passes downstream
