Nice tour of Monte Soprasasso called Sorasass in Trentino dialect. The route starts from a car park near Cadine and climbs through the woods along a forest road and then a path with a dirt and rocky bottom, up to the panoramic points that offer splendid views over the city of Trento. The beautiful route that follows the top of the mountain offers a view of various Astro-Hungarian positions from the war and at the same time various glimpses of the city of Trento. The main vantage point is a beautiful "balcony" in the rock with a view of Trento and the Adige river, located at the Pontesel sign, which can be reached by covering a short easy stretch with a cord and protective handrail. On the way back, you also pass through a large Astro-Hungarian rifle house dug/built into the rock with various shooting positions. The return takes place on a dirt/rocky forest road through the woods.
@SoBiker good morning to you too 😃 Do you speak Italian or English?
Easy hike around Trento. Leave the car at fer de caval di Cadine (always on the left after the stone cross). Start on the left after the pole. At the top, don't miss the panoramic terrace over Trento and the Austro-Hungarian riflery along the way back. During the climb, a detour to Terlago is possible on the left, but that's another story.
Easy hike above the village of Cadine. Possible deviations along the route towards Lake Lamar, Lake Terlago and in a different direction towards Trento from Poza dei Pini (better to do it backwards). Austro-Hungarian rifle ranger visitable along the route
