Circular tour starting from Merlo in Valsugana, climb to Col Moschin and Col del Fenilon, long descent on the NW side of Val Fontanon with passage to the top of Col Val dei Porci (must do!). Excellent trails. My track is good, with a short off-road descent and some panoramic detours. Starting from Merlo *210m above sea level* and taking the CAI 936 trail that you follow entirely for the entire uphill stretch. You climb on an excellent trail that in many parts is bordered by retaining walls and paved with rocks and stones. There are many observation galleries dating back to the Great War. With constant gradients I reach Col Moschin *1279m above sea level* in about 2h20m. On a slight slope you cross the meadows up to Col Col Fenilon *1327m above sea level*. The descent (CAI path 938), without any difficulty, quickly takes me to Col Val dei Porci from where you can admire the brutal gorge of Val della Goccia in all its depth. I go down to Pian Castello *418m above sea level* and, following the paths along the slope (pay attention to some forks), I return to Merlo, 5h20m total.
Beautiful itinerary that from S. Nazario leads to the high hills, if you want you can reach the Alpe Madre refuge
