A round trip from / to Freudenstadt, via Baiersbronn, Ruhestein, Kniebis .. Wonderful tour to go well without electricity. And the views are worth all the effort... You have to experience it... :)
Awesome gravel bike tour. The views are amazing in beautiful weather. Technically, apart from a few extremely gravelly downhill sections, it was no problem. Tire pressure set at 2.2 bar and a wonderful wife by my side gave me, as so often, an unforgettable day. 😍 Thanks Endii for always pushing through. 🏅🥰 Thanks also to Fausto for the two gigantic grevils (insider, no typo) 😉 The tour and my wife get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ without reservation. 😍
A difficult choice among several title alternatives: Nïrlïh ät së Top öf sëh Länd (Mïr kännët älläs bis uf Änglïsh)! Forest? I only see black. Freudenstadt-Kniebis-Ruhestein-Baiersbronn circular tour. Nice mix of forest paths (some gravel, some asphalt) and enjoyable descents on roads through the beautiful Black Forest.
Seven climbs and the last one got me, even though it was the only one on tarmac. 9-15% grade and was wiped...it was a long 985m. Spectacular rides, wish my legs were a bit stronger!
