The Kleine Dauner is a compact loop that allows you to discover Daun and its immediate surroundings on foot. The tour leads through the town as well as the districts of Boverath and Gemünden, connecting built-up areas with green sections and paths along the Lieser river.
Along the way, you will pass the Hotzendrees, the Daun Viaduct, and the Kurpark with its Kneipp facility. The Wehrbüschkapelle chapel and the Volcano Museum are also on the route. Paved paths are just as much a part of the tour as quieter sections through the countryside.
A suitable loop for everyone who wants to get to know Daun, its districts, and the transitions between town and landscape on foot.

From the Wehrbüsch you have a great view of Daun and the Italian ice cream from Lo Stivale at the Forum is really tasty 🙂
The Dauner Sprudel only fills in reusable gas bottles, there are no plastic bottles 👍
