From Grubenwald to the Gestelen Pass

Highlight (Segment) • Mountain Pass

A long but beautiful climb to the Gestelen Pass (about 900 meters of elevation gain in one go). The entire route is paved. The pass crossing (about 300 meters) is a good gravel road.

Nice tour and one battery charge (Bosch 625, level EMTB) was enough. Comfortable start and valley descent was not without but great (not for beginners). However, it is also possible to drive down to the valley via the road.

Beautiful morning hike to Seebergsee, up to Meieberg
Asphalt road 😐 the fun begins here. Before you even see the lake, there's a steep climb 🥵 The descent to the lake isn't too difficult. Continue towards Stierenberg on a wide alpine path, and then up to Gubi.
A trail follows to Hinder-Chumi, initially S2.

A tour in the mountains before the greatest heat, but it was already quite warm at 2000m and together with the effort almost hot.

Due to the dryness, the trails are rock hard and you have to keep a respectful distance to the person in front, otherwise you'll get black lung disease.

Beautiful round, practically completely mobile. Between Stierenberg and Gubi it was sometimes too steep for me to climb.
