Pedal through the Val di Gresta and discover an authentic territory, among organic crops, woods and small mountain villages. This circular tour requires a good level of training, but repays with open views and a variety of environments that change at every turn.
From Ronzo-Chienis, climb towards Passo Santa Barbara, then face a long descent along paths in the woods and secondary roads to the valley floor, in Valle San Felice. From here begins the most challenging part of the tour: a regular and constant climb to Passo Bordala, passing through Manzano and Nomesino. The effort is amply rewarded by the views that open up during the climb.
The return flows on forest roads and quiet paths, in a silent and green environment, which gently brings you back to the starting point.
The tour starts from Ronzo-Chienis, where you can easily find parking. If you prefer to move by public transport, you can get to Mori and from there take the 310 line to Val di Gresta. The best time to travel this route is from April to October.
