Strange to say it was the first time for me on Mount Ranzo, I had always underestimated this area and I had to change my mind! I left the town on Sunday afternoon and walked the direct route towards the ridge. Once out of the woods I was literally speechless: I did not expect to find myself on such a privileged balcony on the Brenta Dolomites that it almost seems to be able to touch them. Once at high altitude, all that remains is to follow the very easy ring path that touches the modest peak and returns to the village passing alongside the homonymous hut, with an always spectacular view that sweeps from the Dolomites to Lake Garda. The dense and pasty blanket of clouds that enveloped the peaks made this tour really interesting, and I am sure that I will be back here soon to enjoy a sensational panorama!
