Hiking

This circular route starts from Malga Trat, climbs to Cima Parì, passes by the Rifugio Nino Pernici and returns to the malga. With this panoramic hike you can discover the Val di Ledro and its historical past. The route is ideal for those with good physical preparation and offers a spectacular view of Lake Garda and the surrounding valleys.

Start from the Malga Trat car park, and cross a mixed forest until you reach the Bochet de Carèt, from which a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains opens up. The climb to Cima Parì is steep, but rewards you with an incredible panorama. Along the way, you can observe various historical traces of the First World War, as the area was an important theatre of war operations, with fortifications and trenches still visible.

On the way back you pass by the Rifugio Nino Pernici, located at 1,600 metres above sea level, an ideal stopping point. Named after the Trentino mountaineer who contributed to the promotion of mountain culture, the refuge offers typical Trentino dishes and a warm welcome. From here, the route returns to Malga Trat, completing the loop.

Voted one of the most beautiful mountain routes by Koomot, it's truly worth it! Magnificent panoramas, flower meadows, and nature. And if you like, you can stop for a refreshment just before the end to enjoy the beautiful view.

Super varied circular hike in the Trentino mountains above the Ledro Valley with a view of Lago Molveno, Riva, etc. Also easy to do with children. A nice and fulfilling day.

Area I didn't know. Easy ring tour with interesting panoramas, suitable for everyone. To do, however, from the end of May onwards. In fact, we still found snow (it was April 23) which made the ascent tiring. When the sky is clear, you can then climb to Cima Parí from which you can enjoy (apparently) an excellent view of Lake Ledro. The Nino Pernici refuge reopens in mid-May because it is being renovated.
