A lovely hike, especially for early spring days! It leads mostly past fields and meadows, with little time spent in the forest. Therefore, it's not particularly suitable for the height of summer! You can also start at the Juhöhe near Heppenheim, which will bring you to Mörlenbach roughly halfway through the hike, where you can stop for refreshments. Alternatively, you …

After the beautiful tour yesterday, we wanted to do something in the Odenwald again in the same nice weather. We've had the orchard path on our list for a long time. This quality hiking trail does not have any special highlights, but it is never boring. The route is entertaining because fields, meadows and forests always alternate. There are also …

Inspired by a tour from @Angelika &🐅(🌠), today we set out on the Mörlenbach M4 orchard path. This shares several sections with the dialect hiking trail, the Mörlenbach nature trail and the M5 (Bonsweiher Weg).
When we arrived at the parking lot in Mörlenbach, we waited for the first sleet before setting off. First we went in the direction of …

The hike is well marked, just follow the M4 sign at all times.
Varied hike through forests and meadows with beautiful viewpoints in the Odenwald.

Actually it was supposed to stay dry until 4 p.m. today and so we went to the Odenwald on the approximately 13 km long orchard path. We started at the community center in Mörlenbach and then continued clockwise following the M4 markings. The paths were partly asphalted, but partly they were also quite muddy. After the Ecksteinkreuz we go to …

The Obstwiesenweg trail runs between the ridges of the Bergstrasse in the west and the Tromm in the east near Mörlenbach in the Odenwald. I chose this entertaining circular hike of almost 14 km because of the fruit blossom, which has not yet unfolded its full splendor. But the tour is very varied anyway: the typical picturesque landscape of the …

Very nice hike around Mörlenbach. Parking and starting point at the Allahopp playground.

A lovely, short but brisk loop with plenty of panoramic views; the Tromm Tower is usually in sight. The last stretch back to Mörlenbach is a bit of a trek through the woods 🌳, but once you're back on the hilltop, the scenery becomes much more beautiful.
