🎄🎄 Merry and relaxed Christmas to all Komootlers. 🎄🎄 Today the VitalWanderWelt in Bad Oeynhausen serves as a traditional Christmas digestion walk, where I am walking the third of the four circular routes. The “Perspective” circular route is also relatively short at just over 3 km and begins at the heart clinic. This time thematically, this VitalWanderWelt tour fluctuates between relaxation and cardiovascular strengthening, which is why the starting point at the heart clinic was once again aptly chosen. From here you go into the very beautiful Siekertal via the museum courtyard and the Hofwassermühle. Afterwards, a longer climb to the Lohe is on the agenda. Once you reach the top, you'll be treated to a beautiful view of the Wiehengebirge and Bad Oeynhausen. Then it goes down again on a beautiful path profile. There is a special attraction on the way: Schwedenstein. This is a typical Scandinavian boulder, but it has been raised up so that its smooth underside can be seen in all its glory. The return route is not quite fitting for Christmas along the Osterbach. 😉 Always a nice section in the Siekertal.
