Hellevoetsluis, a port town with a former fortification built in the early 17th century, is located in the Noordzeepark-Deltageul. The port is absolutely interesting and diverse, there is a lot to see, such as several museums, parts of the old defense system, some nice places to stay, beautiful port areas and a water tower from 1896. The route there and back is super easy to drive and is really fun along the Haringvliet, the Spui and the Bernisse. Great ...
Very windy on the dike, on the way back a lot of tailwind ......
