Krzywousty Tower

Highlight • Viewpoint

A wonderful viewpoint over the entire Jelenia Góra Valley, the Karkonosze Mountains and the Kaczawskie Mountains. The locals sometimes call this tower Grzybek because of its dome.

On Krzywousty Hill, where we are, there was a castle between the 13th and 15th centuries and we can still find the remains of a stronghold here. Interesting place!

Cudowne Źródełko Spring

Highlight • Natural Monument

The Miraculous Spring is located at the foot of Mount Kapliczna, just behind Jelenia Góra on the Bóbr River. It is not known when it was created - sometimes it is said to be connected with the old castle nearby on Krzywousty Hill, and sometimes with the chapel on Mount Kapliczna.

A historic inn in a particularly picturesque place (on the edge of a cliff) in Borowy Jar. It is worth stopping to admire the bridge over the Bóbr River in this place, and you can always eat there too!

The restaurant was established in 1927 after the creation of the artificial Modrego Lake right here on the river. There is also a viewing tower with a great view of the lake!
